Women's Self Defense Course
Build up your confidence and self-awareness in this Women's Self Defense course. This course is once a week for 4 weeks, teaching women how to stay safe. Instructed by Tosha Mytron of Triumph Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness. Tosha has been teaching self-defense courses for six years and is certified in Tactix Self Defense, sports psychology, sports injury, nutrition and fitness. We will learn the self-defense moves that are both kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu specific. Learn the physical and mental training to avoid and escape dangerous situations. This course will leave you feeling sure of yourself should you ever be faced with situations that are potentially dangerous and a sense of empowerment that reflects in your everyday life.

*Students must bring a yoga mat to classes
*The minimum student requirement is 10 students. If the minimum is not met the class will be cancelled three days prior to class start date.
