Breakfast Attendant Theory and Practicum
As more and more properties offer breakfast to get their guests day off to a great start, the importance of breakfast cannot be overlooked. In this AHLEI certified breakfast attendant course, you will learn the skills and knowledge to provide excellent food and beverage service every morning at a lodging property. This course when paired with the Breakfast Attendant practicum gives the student the opportunity to take the globally industry recognized AHLEI certification exam.
The Hospitality Practicum exposes students to realistic work experience where they can practice what they learned in the classroom. The Hospitality Practicum is a necessary component of the Northern Lights College Breakfast Attendant Certification program through American Hotel & Lodging Education Institute (AHLEI)
