Pesticide Applicators: Forestry Management
Learn how to manage weeds, insects and diseases in forestry production, including weed control on forest range land.
This course is for those who have previous application experience wishing to become certified applicators. Students will develop skills in the safe and effective use of pesticides, in preparation for the BC Ministry of Environment Pesticide Applicators Examination. The course covers package labelling, storage and handling, toxicity and safety.
*All prices are subject to GST.
*The minimum student requirement is 5 students. If the minimum is not met the class will be cancelled three days prior to class start date.
*Due to new safety measures:
*We will operate the class at a smaller capacity, the maximum amount of students will be 7 students.
*All students must complete a Daily Health Assessment that will be emailed to them each morning of class.
*All students must bring and wear their mask at all times.
