Mindful Relationships (Online)
Mindfulness is an increasingly prominent tool used by individuals, professionals, corporations, and communities as a way to improve overall mental and physical health and cope with stressful situations. As a powerful stress management and health technique, it is used by health/career coaches, corporate leaders, healthcare providers, and others in virtually every industry to support personal health and productivity as well as the focus, creativity, and productivity of employees. Across industries, business leaders, clinical therapists, psychologists, mental/behavioral health workers and social workers are all using these techniques as part of their practice.
