Qi Chong for Tai Chi - 40 Minute Classes

Qi Chong and Tai Chi are ancient Chinese movement exercises that can add many benefits to your life. In this course, you will learn the basics of both methods. Learn to cultivate your inner well-being with these beginner-friendly classes.
You can take these classes in the comfort of your own home. An experienced instructor will lead the course over video chat and provide live feedback on your form. The courses will be held over Microsoft Teams, so you will need a working internet connection as well as a computer, phone, or iPad/tablet.
