Fitness Class with Ruth Anthony - Virtual Live Classes
In this online class, using only body weight and objects around the house, you will learn correct form and practice fitness moves from cardio to strength to get your heart pumping. The benefits of fitness are lower risk of heart attacks, lowers blood pressure, stronger bones, muscles, and joints. It also boosts energy and improves mood.
You can take these classes in the comfort of your own home. An experienced instructor will lead the course over video chat and provide live feedback on your form.
