5S Management (Online)
This 2-day 5S Workplace Optimization training is about eliminating waste, creating predictability and standardization and visual controls.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of 5S, including its purpose, how it relates to Lean, and its benefits. Participants will also have an opportunity to practice 5S with an interactive scenario that walks through each standard.
What will you learn:
This course will provide employees with the fundamental concept of the 5S’s (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) that will improve quality and productivity. They will also learn how to apply visual signals that can significantly improve communication, speed up problem-solving and decision-making processes.
